Earth Drilling / Harris Exploration is currently seeking an experienced Drilling Supervisor to oversee field drilling operations across the United States. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in surface drilling operations including RC, Core, and Sonic drilling.

Responsibilities
• Supervise drilling crews and daily field operations
• Oversee RC, Core, and Sonic drilling projects
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and field logistics
• Mentor and support drillers and helpers
• Complete reporting and communicate with management and clients
• Work both day and night shifts as required
Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of drilling experience
• Experience with surface drilling operations (RC, Core, Sonic)
• Previous supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• Valid Class C Driver’s License
• Current MSHA training
• Ability to travel frequently across the U.S.
• Comfortable working in remote locations and camp-style environments
• Ability to be away for up to 20 days at a time
• Must be comfortable working rotational shifts including days and nights
• Strong safety mindset and leadership skills
