Extrusion Supervisor
VEKA is seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor to lead the safe and successful operation of our extrusion department in Reno, Nevada.
In this role, you will oversee daily production, staffing, product quality, safety, inventory, and equipment performance while developing and supporting a high-performing manufacturing team. You will work closely with Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, Warehouse, and Plant Management to meet production goals and continuously improve efficiency.

- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop employees
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years as a Lead Technician, or equivalent manufacturing/management experience.
