Key Responsibilities:
· Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
· Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
· Maintain employee records and site documentation
· Track and organize reports, logs, and internal documents
· Support scheduling and coordination of meetings or trainings
· Assist management with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required):
· Previous clerical or administrative experience
· Experience in an industrial, construction, or mining environment
