Help Build Reliable Operations at Thacker Pass
Lithium Americas is a North American resource company developing Thacker Pass, the world’s largest known lithium resource in Nevada. We are committed to safely and responsibly producing lithium to support cleaner energy and strengthen national security.
In This Role, You Will:
· Lead maintenance planning activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations
· Develop detailed job plans, work packages, and maintenance schedules
· Provide functional guidance and mentoring to maintenance and electrical planners
· Coordinate closely with operations and maintenance supervision to align priorities
· Support materials planning, procurement, and work readiness
· Conduct field visits to scope work and validate execution
· Track maintenance KPIs, backlog health, and planning effectiveness
· Drive continuous improvement through analysis of work order feedback and trends
What We’re Looking For:
· 5+ years of progressive maintenance planning experience
· Experience providing functional leadership or oversight of planners
· Strong knowledge of CMMS systems such as SAP or similar
· Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and schematics
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 preferred
