In This Role, You Will:
· Build and maintain relationships with local communities, farmers, and other stakeholders
· Plan and participate in community meetings, events, and outreach programs
· Prepare clear and culturally sensitive communications
· Respond to community inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
· Document interactions and report recurring themes to leadership
· Support collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency
What We’re Looking For:
· 2–5 years of experience in community outreach, public engagement, or related fields
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work respectfully with diverse cultural and community groups, including Native American communities
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or on a team
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel within rural Nevada
