Wolf Works LLC is a locally owned and growing construction company looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team.
We are looking for a strong leader who can oversee multiple crews and job sites, keep projects moving, and hold our teams to a high standard of quality, safety, and productivity.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee multiple construction crews and active projects
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Provide direction and support to foremen and field employees
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety
- Read and understand construction plans and specifications
- Work closely with Project Managers and office staff
- Identify problems early and help keep projects on schedule
- Build a strong, accountable, and positive field team
What We're Looking For
- Previous superintendent, general foreman, or similar leadership experience
- Strong construction knowledge
- Experience managing multiple crews
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and able to plan ahead
- Experience with commercial construction, steel buildings, and/or post-frame construction is a plus
- Valid driver's license
