The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and financial management of concrete construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.
The Project Manager oversees estimating handoff, budgeting, subcontractor procurement, contract administration, scheduling coordination, cost control, change order management, supports timely billing, and collections. They serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, including superintendents and field staff.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of concrete construction methods, production rates, and job costing.
