I am an experienced legal, risk management, compliance, and commercial contracts professional with 33 years of professional experience across legal advisory services, contract management, procurement, finance, and business operations. I bring a strong combination of analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, leadership, and practical business experience to complex industrial and commercial environments.

My core strengths include Risk Management, OSHA and Health and Safety, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, financial analysis, procurement, and dispute resolution. I have experience identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, supporting compliance initiatives, and advising management on legal, commercial, and operational matters.

Throughout my career, I have worked with complex commercial, construction, engineering, mining, and oil and gas contracts. My professional experience includes contract-related work with Sasol(Oil and Gas/Construction) and steering/spearheading thenational rollout of NEC(New Engineering Contracts) contracts across Eskom power plants, including Medupi and Kusile in South Africa. As a legal and commercial professional, I understand the importance of managing contractual obligations, protecting organizational interests, improving operational performance, and minimizing financial and legal exposure.

I have also developed leadership and management skills through directing legal consultancy operations, coordinating teams, managing complex projects, and working with diverse stakeholders.
