About
Throughout my career, I have successfully bridged the gap between complex geological data and practical operational execution across multiple commodities and extraction methods. In my recent roles with Sound Mining and MineSense Technologies, I specialized in maximizing metallurgical value and orebody efficiency for major tier-one assets worldwide. Notably, this includes directing the field-level implementation and financial modeling for bulk ore sorting systems at premier sites like the Grasberg underground copper mine and the Batu Hijau open-pit mine. This background has given me an extensive understanding of the unique operational drivers, reconciliation challenges, and grade-control requirements inherent to both surface and deep underground environments.
Additionally, my early career foundation as a Mine Planner with Sibanye Gold provided rigorous experience in day-to-day short-to-medium-term underground planning, stoping designs, and production compliance tracking. Combined with a deep proficiency in advanced engineering and design platforms (including Cadsmine, MineRP software, and Datamine Studio UG/OP/NPVS/NPVS+), I am well-equipped to collaborate with your multidisciplinary teams—from geologists and metallurgists to front-line operations personnel—to deliver technically sound, realistic mine plans.
