I’m a seasoned General Manager with two decades of restaurant leadership, currently running one of Los Angeles’s top performing breakfast cafés. I lead from the floor, not the office, whether that means guiding guests through the menu, jumping on the line during a rush, troubleshooting tech on the fly, or tending to the plants that help make the space feel welcoming.
My approach is grounded in adaptability, mutual respect, and the belief that how you do anything is how you do everything. I helped rebuild a post COVID location into the brand’s benchmark for sales, guest satisfaction, and staff retention, setting a new standard for culture and operational excellence. I oversee daily operations across multiple locations, manage key systems like Aloha, Prospr, and Choco, and keep a close handle on labor, inventory, and food cost performance.
