I am a PMP-certified project and operations leader with over 25 years of experience leading teams and managing complex work across IT, product, and business environments. My background includes organizing and prioritizing large volumes of work, aligning stakeholders across departments, and delivering results in fast-paced settings.

At Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, I took an environment with over 100 open projects and worked with leadership to define, prioritize, and reduce that backlog to a manageable level while continuing to support daily operations. Throughout my career, I have focused on clear communication, steady execution, and developing the people around me.

While my experience is rooted in IT and product management, my strength is in bringing structure to complex situations, improving processes, and helping teams work effectively together.
