Over the past decade working in the field, my primary objective has never wavered: build a zero-incident safety culture where open reporting is the norm and every coworker goes home safely.
My background spans some of the most heavily regulated industries; Industrial electrical work in oil and gas systems, underground utility installation, Department of Energy, military, forestry, and EMS. My strength lies in bridging the gap between compliance and execution, turning complex OSHA, EPA, and site-specific regulations into practical, everyday field habits.
By leading collaborative JSAs and driving hands-on safety leadership on-site, I empower crews to take ownership of risk. Safeguarding critical assets using controls to feel safe in the working environment. This allows all to adapt smoothly when the scopes of work changes.
