Do you love children and want to make a positive impact on the next generation? Grace and Wonder is a Christian Preschool in South Carson City. We are looking for energetic teachers who have a passion for early education to join our team.
Grace and Wonder Child Development Center is located in South Carson City, NV. Our goal is to provide a safe atmosphere where children will grow from infant to preschool ages while developing spiritually, emotionally and intellectually.
Responsibilities include:
- Observing and caring for children
- Collaborate with lead teacher to implement biblical and play based academic lesson plans
- Create a balance of teacher directed and child directed developmentally appropriate activities
- Maintain a nurturing, safe and healthy environment
- Interact and engage with children to support play, exploration, and learning
Requirements include:
- Full and part time shifts available. Monday-Friday
- Able to lift and carry children or other items up to 30 lbs
- Willing to obtain a negative TB test (with in last year and prior to date of hire
- A valid Washoe County Sheriff's card or the willingness to apply for a Memo of Eligibility
