Position Overview

We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Part-Time Field Representative to recruit and work directly with local businesses across Northern Nevada. This role focuses on building relationships, onboarding new partners, and serving as a local point of contact in the community.

This is a commission-based position ideal for self-starters who enjoy networking, sales, and representing a growing brand at the local level.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard local businesses within your community
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Promote partnership opportunities, services, or advertising offerings
Act as a local brand ambassador in the community
Attend local events, meetings, and networking opportunities
Provide ongoing support and communication to partnered businesses

Compensation

Commission-based pay (earnings tied directly to business partnerships secured)
Flexible schedule with uncapped earning potential
Performance-based incentives may be available

Qualifications

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred
Existing connections with local businesses is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
